ADMISSION AND ENROLMENT

To be admitted as a student at La Colombiere School or anyone wishing to do so should fulfills the following conditions:
have paid the enrolment fees as required by the school into one of their accounts at Access Bank or Kenya Commercial Bank.
have presented school transcripts from the originating school for the Primary and Secondary level and the vaccination booklet for the Kindergarten level.
have passed Colombiere school admission tests.
have filled the student form, available at the school Head Office.
Admissions start in Mid November up to Mid December every year preparing for the beginning of the academic year early January.

In the event where the payment is still not made, after the reminder has gone out; students will not be admitted , .

The school does not accept payment of tuition fees in installment.

Tuition fees are made by a bank deposit to or in the mentioned bank account numbers respectively:The student will then need to show proof of the payment by a bank statement dropped at the school main office.

For any student joining or leaving the school in the middle of the term, the full amount of tuition fee will be due.

OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS:

The school is opened from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 13:10 pm for all nursery and primary classes except for students of Primary 6. The latter ones will stay at school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays up to 5:15 pm for the afternoon classes.

The students in secondary school spend the whole day at school up to 5:15 p.m and are off on Saturdays.

The school gate is opened starting 7:00am. The students’ assembly is set at 7: 15 AM in the main court. As of 7:30am, all students must be in the school premises. Any late arrival has to be reported at the school office. It is forbidden to enter the classroom without an appropriate excuse note from the school office and bearing the school officer signature.

Students can be picked by parents at 12:30 pm for kindergarten children, at 13:10 pm for Primary and secondary school students. The school will not be responsible for students left in the premises after 13:40pm, unless parents would have informed the school office of the delay in picking their child.
